Ha Pham, Senior Project Director
Ha’s inquisitive and perceptive nature combined with her command of detail and resourcefulness serves Tripp Umbach’s clients well in her ability to quickly grasp what clients want to achieve and how best to accomplish it. As a project leader specializing in health care, she has worked on economic impact, community health, market research and employee satisfaction studies. As a focus group leader, Ha has distinguished herself as a diplomatic and engaging moderator and has helped many health planners effectively and efficiently design, maintain and evaluate programs and services. She also serves as the director of Tripp Umbach’s Baltimore office.
Prior to joining Tripp Umbach, Ha worked for Public Health Foundation, a non-profit that tracks health objectives and indicators to provide information about the infrastructure of the nation’s public health system. She holds a dual major from the University of Pittsburgh in communications science and communications rhetoric.
