Anne Dushac, Senior Contract Officer/Operations Manager
With Tripp Umbach’s hectic pace and frequent deadlines, Anne’s role as the air traffic controller who knows the status of each project and the location of each consultant is central to our success. As the “face of Tripp Umbach,” Anne manages all office operations, tracks project budgets, expenses and leads and is accountable for the financial management of the company. She is also responsible for all vendor and client contracts, employee compensation and benefits and marketing efforts.
Anne is a community volunteer who coaches youth soccer and participates in competitive adult soccer leagues. She is also a member of the Womens Business Network.
