Heritage Valley Partners retained Tripp Umbach to expand opportunities for funding for the Lackawanna Valley through a wide range of projects, programs, and events. Tripp Umbach facilitated and developed a high-level strategic plan focused on tourism to serve as a guide for the organization over the next three-years. The plan served as a “road-map” to guide Heritage Valley Partners during critical milestones related to organizational growth as well as to assist with the transformation of the Lackawanna Valley. The final outcome of the planning process resulted in a high-level strategic road-map for the organization to follow moving forward.
Heritage Valley Partners serves as the development arm of the Lackawanna Heritage Valley National and State Heritage Area and supports its mission through fund development and by the support of Ambassadors in Action, the Heritage Valley’s hands-on volunteer corps.
