ACCREDITATION SUPPORT
Tripp Umbach assists medical schools in completing and submitting all materials necessary for new or continuing accreditation with the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME), the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), and the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA). We have worked closely with clients to develop all standards of accreditation including coordinating curriculum planning, governance structures, financial pro formas, and clinical education planning. Some of our most recent clients include: The Charles R. Drew University Medicine and Biological Sciences and NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine on the Jonesboro campus of Arkansas State University.

Tripp Umbach has been an advisor to the Charles R. Drew University Medicine and Biological Sciences in South Los Angeles. Tripp Umbach’s on-going work includes a recent Business Plan and working with CDU to prepare a successful LCME application.
South Georgia Simulation and Education Center Analysis
Tripp Umbach worked closely with leadership from the Georgia Rural Health Innovation Center and the South Georgia Medical Education & Research Consortium to conduct market analysis and coordinate/facilitate a regional planning symposium.
Duquesne University Osteopathic Medical School
Tripp Umbach was retained by Duquesne University to analyze and independently assess the feasibility of the development of a four-year osteopathic medical school in Pittsburgh, PA.
NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine, Jonesboro Campus
Arkansas State University (A-State) contracted with Tripp Umbach to analyze the feasibility of developing a new college of osteopathic medicine in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
The University of Evansville Physician Assistant Program
Tripp Umbach’s feasibility study evaluated developing a master’s level Physician Assistant (PA) program, specifically to be sufficient in research, data analysis and insight to allow the University of Evansville to make an informed decision to proceed with development of a Physician’s Assistant program.
The City of Richmond, VA Economic Development Study
Tripp Umbach developed a comprehensive communications plan and public engagement economic development strategy designed to achieve the “highest and best” use for city-owned real estate in the downtown area of Richmond.
The Phoenix Biomedical Campus Feasibility Study
Tripp Umbach has worked closely with the Phoenix Biomedical campus to quantify the potential range of economic impact of the Phoenix Biomedical Campus on the State of Arizona, Maricopa County, and the City of Phoenix.
Indiana University School of Medicine-Evansville
Tripp Umbach was retained to complete the comprehensive feasibility study for the expansion of the current two-year medical education program in Evansville to a full-scale four-year medical school and the formation of the Tri-State Regional Health Education Center.

The Florida State University College of Medicine and Florida Medical Practice Plan invited Tripp Umbach to conduct a detailed feasibility study focusing on the development of a faculty practice facility in Tallahassee, Florida.
